Rubbing the Face

During meditation, the hands will become very warm because of the Warm Current passing through them. Immediately after practice, rub your hands together briefly and then rub them briskly over your face for one or two minutes. This will serve, literally as a rejuvenating cosmetic substance. Rub your eyes gently and rotate them. Then rub your ears. Beat your teeth together lightly thirty-six times and finally rub your waist, legs, hands and soles of the feet. We will deal with this extensively in the book , Chi Self Massage.
