THIS is very good for the lungs and breathing as well as for backache. This movement is similar to stretching first thing in the mornmg.
1. Stand naturally and relax your whole body.
2. IZZ) Hold your hands in front of your Oantien so the palms face up and the fingers point to each other.
3. JJ, Raise your hands up past the front of your chest so that the palms face the body and breathe in. As your hands come up, keep your back straight and when the hands reach the face roll your hands over (so the palms face upwards), and stretch your arms up.
4. I I Open your arms out to the sides and lower them down while bending the knees. Keep the back straight until the hands are in the starting position but now with your knees bent. Breathe out at the same time.
