Love begets love, forgiveness begets peace, and hatred begets hatred. Usually, it is easier to forgive others than to forgive yourself, which is why so many people experience depression. People tend to remember the bad times more than the happy times. For example, when a person has done something very bad to a friend, all of the good memories the friend has had with her are destroyer! Only hatred or sadness remains. Then, the person who hurt his friend feels sad and guilty- for the rest of his life. People who choose a passive way to deal with their sins get depressed and sickness sets in.

* Be flexible. Do not be stubborn. Whatever will be will be. We are living in a changing world. Opportunities come and go every clay. Concepts change from day to day. What is in fashion today can become history tomorrow. No one could live with one pattern all of his life. If you want to eat a potato for dinner today, but you do not have it on hand, find something else. Otherwise, you will starve. Be a flexible person and you will find it easier to deal with things around you.
