Bouncing a Ball While Stepping

1) Exercise method

Acupressure Shoulder Exercises

a. Lift up the left leg, do the movements of bouncing a ball with the right hand in front of the right shoulder. Inhale at the same time. (Fig. 74)

b. Lift up the right leg, do the movements of bouncing a ball with the left hand in front of the left shoulder. Exhale at the same time.

2) Essentials

The movements of lifting hand, bouncing the ball and stepping feet should be coordinated with breathing, and the stepping movements should be done in a very happy and relaxed manner.

Doing bouncing movements with the right and left hand once each is considered one sequence. Exercise ten times.
