Generally speaking, the people with comparatively better health condition should primarily practise the Quiescent Sitting Health Cultivation Exercise and take the Relaxed and Quiescent Recumbent Exercise as the auxiliary means, and vice versa for those who are weak. With the improvement of the health condition, the Quiescent Sitting Health Cultivation Exercise should be gradually practised as the main means. The patient with a good appetite but vomiting of acid should take the first respiration method. And those who have suffered from ulcer for a long time, and have the symptoms of anorexia, weakness, and abdominal distension, should take the second one. Practise 3 to 6 times a day, 30 to 60 minutes each time.
