1) Exercise method a. Stand in the left bow stance. Bend the upper part of the body forward, cross the hands in front of the left knee, and inhale at the same time. (Fig. 68-1)
b. Lift the crossed hands upward while leaning back the upper part of the body. Separate the hands after they have passed the top of the head with palms then facing each other. Raise the head to look at the sky and exhale at the same time. Bend the upper part of the body forward, press down both hands and cross them in front of the knees. Repeat the above movements. (Fig. 68-2)
Inhale when the upper part of the body is bending forward and crossing the hands, and exhale when the hands are stretching beyond the top of the head and eyes are looking at the sky. Stretch the hands as much as possible when the eyes are looking at the sky.
