1) Exercise method a. Stand with both hands in front of the lower belly.
b. Let the palms face up and lift them up to the front of eyes. Inhale at the same time. (Fig. 75-1)
c. Turn the palms with the fingers pointing at each other. Press them down from the front of eyes to the front of the lower belly. Exhale at the same time.
Inhale when lifting the hands up and exhale when pressing them down. The movements should be done slowly. One lifting and one pressing is considered one sequence. Exercise ten times.
