The patient can choose the Qigong exercises according to her own symptoms. For instance, if the patient has high blood pressure or obvious nervous system symptoms, she should choose the relaxing exercise to adjust the nervous system.

If the patient is thin and weak and has disturbance in the digestive system, she should choose the Relaxed and Quiescent Recumbent Exercise with the second respiration method to improve the appetite, prompt digestion and strengthen the constitution. She can also choose some motional exercises to combine with the quiescent ones, such as the Eight Pieces of Brocade Exercise, Longevity Exercise

If the patient has hectic fever, she should choose to practise the inhaling exercises, such as the first respiration method in the Quiescent Sitting Health Cultivation Exercise, to alleviate or remove the symptoms through stimulating

In addition, besides the above exercises, the patients can also practise the massage cultivation exercises, such as knocking the ears, kneading the waist and Yongguan points, as the auxiliary means. Practise the above exercises 2 or 3 times
