1) Exercise method a. Stand up with the two hands in front of the lower belly.
b. Stretch both arms straight and rotate them to the upper left along with the turning of the waist. Inhale when both hands reach the top of the head and exhale when the hands are rotating from the upper left downward. Repeat the movements ten times.(Fig. 73-1)
c. Do the same movements as above, changing the direction of the rotation. (Fig. 73-2)
The waist should be turned along with the rotating movements of the hands. The movements of arms and waist should be coordinated with the breathing.
