Wu Cosmos and Qigong
The roots of classical style Qigong originate in the ancient world of Wu. A good way to understand our Qigong practice is to learn about the ancient Wu and their practices. The Wu cosmos is the basis of Chinese cosmology. The universe is constructed of Heaven, Humanity, and Earth; this is the pattern of a person in terms of ancient Chinese Wu. in traditional Qigong practice, regardless of the style, practitioners always work with these three layers of the body.
